Jackie Weitzberg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a college professor in San Diego. She has built a successful financial consulting business, Guide My Finances, focused on assisting individuals and business owners by defining their goals, developing comprehensive strategies, implementing their plans and providing ongoing service, support and monitoring.
Since beginning her career in financial planning in 2003, Jackie has developed a passion for financial education. In 2011 Jackie founded Money MindEd, LLC, a financial education program designed to educate teenagers and young adults on the basics of financial management. Through this program, Jackiestrives to give our future leaders the financial education they need to be financially successful adults.
Jackie holds FINRA Series 6,7, 63 licenses as well as her Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance licenses. She has also attained her designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and an MSBA in Finance and Tax Planning from San Diego State University.
As a financial planner and educator, Jaclyn has established herself as a respected professional and significant contributor to the San Diego community. In 2010, Jackie took on the role as the director of the Women’s Global Network, a San Diego women’s networking organization focused on helping local women through business development and women overseas through microfinance efforts. In 2011, Jackie was honored by the Mom’s In Business Unite Conference naming Money MindEd one of the best new products/services in San Diego and was nominated for the San Diego Magazine’s Women of the Year Award.
